Your claim code (it looks like AGP-XXXX-XXXX) is emailed to you within a few hours of your Etsy order. Enter it on our upload page to attach your video or voice message — before your keepsake even ships. One code, one keepsake, one unforgettable moment.

Can I ship directly to the recipient?

Yes. Every NFC tag is programmed and tap-tested by hand before your keepsake ships. What arrives plays — guaranteed.

Which phones work?
